Health Logic is a natural health clinic situated within the Eastmed Medical centre at 188 St Heliers Bay Road, St Heliers. St Heliers is just up from mission bay in the beautiful east coast bays of  Auckland. Eastmed is an integrated medical centre that combines specialists from all areas of modern medicine. The Health Logic  team can offer natural health at its best, integrating different areas of natural health such as  personal training, massage therapy, beauty therapy, Ayurveda, herbal supplements, and stress management.

At Health Logic our natural health solutions may include one or a combination of the following:  Massage therapy, ayurveda consultations  including constitution analysis, diet, physical, mental and emotional solutions for stress, personal awareness about how your body can reach optimal health and recommendation of herbal supplements (de-stress tablets are very popular for work related stress). Personal training expertise brings postural analysis, fitness and weight management.  Manicures and pedicures are also available and coming soon to Health Logic are specialised facials using a medical skin care range as we team up with a skin specialist working as part of the plastic surgeon's team within the medical centre. We offer a variety of massage therapy including relaxation, deep tissue, pressure point, sports, ayurvedic and chair massage. Our team can also be booked for corporate massage at your work place or for sports events or functions.

We specialise in many forms of deep tissue massage to suit all ages and muscular conditions such as sports injuries and muscle strain, old muscular injuries, sciatica and RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury). Health Logic has its own specialised massage technique that was developed as we found it was time to find more gentle ways to work with the body to create extremely effective results in relieving acute muscular tension.
